Coaching is available to clergy at any stage of ministry through a series of one-to-one confidential conversations with a trained coach. Coaching can be particularly appropriate for experienced leaders as well as those setting out in ministry, Coaching offers an creative space for clergy to develop their thinking and ideas, moving good intentions to actions and ideas to strategic plans. Coaching can help clergy to:
- Think strategically about options and priorities
- Unlock ideas and develop plans
- Set goals, with some achievable steps
- Grow in self-understanding
- Increase self-awareness
Coaching is offered over an initial 6 – 8 sessions. All sessions are confidential between the coach and coachee.
