The C2 LOCAL LEADERSHIP course is designed for roles including, but not limited to, Churchwardens, Group/Activity Leaders, Spiritual Directors, Bell Ringer Leaders/Tower Captains etc. Please consult our training matrix here, for a full list of roles who require this training, being mindful that different parishes, sometimes use different role titles, for the same thing. This course has been designed locally for those roles that don’t quite meet the criteria for the C3 Leadership Pathway, but require more safeguarding awareness than the Foundations Pathway currently offers. It is delivered via zoom, and is 2 hours in duration, with no requirement for pre or post course activities to be completed as homework. Attendees must have completed the Basic Awareness and Foundations before undertaking.
