So, welcome to Rural Reflections! My name is Richard Lister. I have the joy and privilege of working in the rural side of things at the Diocese of Winchester, coming alongside local churches and helping them to grow in ministry and in mission.
What a joy to walk alongside them! And one of the things I absolutely love is seeing really good things happen and then sharing them. If I’ve got something good, I want to share it. Whether it’s a book, whether it’s a website, or whether it’s an idea about how we can know more of God and reflect His love to the world around us.
So these reflections will be a series of thoughts based on some great examples of what churches and communities are doing in rural areas.
